Tracey Casey spent over a decade in management consulting and fintech before stepping back to focus on raising her three young children. A passionate advocate for education equity in the city, she has been involved with Big Shoulders Fund since 2022 and joined the St. Francis de Sales community in 2024, where she volunteers at the freshman summer camp and mentors students. Tracey brings both professional rigor and genuine personal commitment to her work with SFDS, and looks forward to supporting the school’s continued growth through her service on the board.
