Rich Schulz is the Co-Founder of The J. Rich Company, LLC (JRICH), a Chicago-based commercial real estate advisory and brokerage firm exclusively representing tenants and occupiers of office, industrial, and retail space. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Rich has advised clients across the full spectrum—from individual entrepreneurs and high-growth startups to Fortune 50 corporations—earning a reputation for fiercely advocating on behalf of space users. Having built his own company with his brother, Rich brings an “owners” mindset to each assignment. Since founding JRICH in 2010, Rich’s mission has remained clear: to level the playing field for small and midsized businesses by delivering the same strategic insights, market leverage, and negotiating power typically reserved for large corporate users. He currently serves as Advisory Board Chairman of The Base Chicago, an after-school youth sports and academic program in West Garfield Park and has previously served as School Board President and Vice President at St. Petronille Catholic School in Glen Ellyn as well as a member of Benet Academy’s Dads Club Board.
