Molly Cook is the lead global facilitator and program lead for EY’s POWER Up, a leadership program focused on empowering women. She has delivered sessions to over 100 global clients. She works extensively with EY’s largest global clients on a variety of leadership development topics to customize our solutions to address their needs on topics such as employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, organization design, culture and teaming, resilience and high-performance communication. Molly brings an inclusive style to her work and has teamed with CEO and other senior level leaders to imbed inclusion throughout all layers of the organization.
