Hugo Chavez is the Director of Work Study at the Southeast Side Experience Incubator  (SSEI) where he brings his workforce-development to build strong partnerships to drive career-ready talent in greater Chicago and Northwest. The work at SSEI sits at  the intersection of career readiness, customer service, and employer partnership. Throughout his career, Hugo has held leadership roles spanning workforce development, customer relationship management, sales operations, finance, and strategy—often in environments requiring organizational turnaround, alignment, and trust-building.
