The roles and objectives of the
St. Francis de Sales cheerleading squad can best be stated
by their following dedication:
''We the ''Cheerleaders of St.
Francis de Sales, who keep the true meaning of 'Spirit'
alive in the hearts of athletes and spectators . . .
be it in victory or defeat will strive, at all times,
to promote good sportsmanship, good school spirit, and
good citizenship; to back our athletic teams and all
other endeavors which reflect credit upon our school."
The Cheerleaders are responsible
for the following: pep rallies, attitude of the crowd (insofar
as possible), transportation to the away games, cheering
at athletic events. |
